The Pastor, Elders and Deacons

The Pastor in conjunction with the Elders, is responsible for the spiritual oversight of the Church and its related ministries. Deacons, facilitate and support the spiritual purposes of the Church, including the efficient management of the Church's resources.

The Constitution of Katherine Baptist Church outlines important principles regarding how the Church is organised and governed. The role of the Board is to ensure that the association is responsibly managed and pursues its purposes.
